OR INSTALL FROM FILE

Connect a device to install firmware.

Use a Chromium browser

USB installation needs a desktop browser with Web Serial. Chrome or Edge are recommended. Other Chromium browsers, such as Opera, work only if they support Web Serial.

Firefox, Safari and mobile browsers cannot be used for USB flashing here. Firmware and SD-card downloads remain available.

SD card files are required

Download sdcard.zip for the selected firmware. The applications, databases and asset packs need these files to work correctly.

Back up your card, then extract all ZIP contents to the root of a FAT32 microSD card. Keep both apps and apps_assets. Do not copy the ZIP itself or an extra enclosing folder.

Download sdcard.zip

Connecting T-Embed

  1. Use desktop Chrome or Edge over HTTPS or localhost.
  2. Close qFlipper, serial terminals and any browser tabs connected to the device.
  3. If qFlipper is enabled on T-Embed, disable it on the device or enter BOOT mode. Its normal qFlipper port is not a flashing port.
  4. Click Connect and select the Espressif / T-Embed port.
  5. BOOT mode: unplug USB, hold the encoder button (BOOT), plug in USB, then release BOOT. In connection settings, select “Already in download mode”. If the device is battery-powered, also press RESET while holding BOOT.

This installer supports T-Embed CC1101 with 16 MB flash only. Flipper .fuf/.tgz updates and .fap applications are not supported.

Connecting enters download mode. Disconnecting requests a restart. If the device does not boot, restart it manually.
